Washington County Residents Directory is a privately run reference to public rolls, indexes, and directory collections concerning Washington County, Arkansas. It does not host government records and is not connected with the Washington County Circuit Clerk, County Clerk, Assessor, any court, or another records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use Rules
You must use the service and any information reached through it only for lawful purposes. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish site content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
Washington County Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither its content nor results from a linked search tool are consumer reports. They may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.

Arkansas government portals, Washington County resources, and third-party services, including sponsored tools, apply their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, uptime, charges, or data handling.
